Route from Grain to Bread, Oficina da Regueifa e do Biscoito deValongo, 2025
The Grain to Bread Route offers a journey through the old city center, taking you past the most significant places that shaped the daily lives of Valongo's inhabitants in the past. This route allows you to discover the rich history and tradition of breadmaking in Valongo, highlighting the importance of this craft in building local identity.

A Rota do Grão ao Pão oferece um percurso pelo eixo antigo da cidade, levando-o a atravessar os locais mais significativos que marcaram o quotidiano dos valonguenses de outrora. Este percurso permite conhecer a rica história e tradição da panificação em Valongo, evidenciando a importância deste ofício na construção da identidade local.

"Common Public is a program of thematic urban and official routes proposed by the Douro Museum's education team in conjunction with the cultural and natural facilities of the city of Lamego: Ribeiro Conceição Theatre, Civic Centre, Multipurpose Centre, Republic Garden, Castle, Cistern, Porta dos Figos Museum Centre and Mata dos Remédios. Democratic approaches were experimented with in the routes taken to the cultural and historical spaces, both human and beyond the human, that constitute the landscapes of the places where we live" (MD educational team)
This map brings together what was done during the school year, the sessions that were accompanied by the illustrator who drew throughout the activities, and the city sites where the activities took place.

Passeio das Qualificações
Illustration of the Map of the Qualifications Tour, promoted by the Centro Qualifica Árvore within the scope of the PRR. This project will take place over 2 years in the municipalities of Porto and Vila Nova de Gaia and aims to contribute to increasing the educational qualifications of the adult population with no education or with less than 6th grade education. As soon as the adult enters the project, when starting the Diagnosis and Guidance stage, they are provided with this map, which shows the different Adult Education and Training routes that they can attend alongside the Academies.

Ilustração do Mapa do Passeio das Qualificações,
promovido pelo Centro Qualifica Árvore no âmbito do PRR. Este projeto acontecerá ao longo de 2 anos nos concelhos do Porto e Vila Nova de Gaia e tem como finalidade contribuir paa o aumento das qualificações escolares da população adulta sem escolaridade ou com escolaridade inferior ao 6º ano. Assim que o adulto entra no projeto, ao iniciar a etapa Diagnóstico e Orientação, é-lhe facultado este mapa, onde espelha os diferentes percursos de Educação e Formação de Adultos que poderá frequentar a par com as Academias.

ViviFicar Map Illustration - "What's in this place?"
The map is a record of the work done by the photographer Paula Preto in the Vivificar photography studios in the territory - a path made to, between and with places and people. Illustrations were also made in one of the sessions in each place: Alijó, Lamego, Mêda and Torre de Moncorvo.
